Everyone sleeps differently

Considering we are different and unique, it comes as no surprise that each of us also has a different preference when it comes to a good night’s rest. Not only is there a wide variety of bed types available, but there are also various individual sleeping positions. Some prefer to sleep on their backs, some sleep on their stomachs, while others sleep on their sides with their legs bent. What many people don’t know is that sleeping positions say a lot about your health and our body does not prefer a certain position without some very good reasons!
