Everyone sleeps differently

Considering we are different and unique, it comes as no surprise that each of us also has a different preference when it comes to a good night’s rest. Even though we rarely think about all the benefits sleeping has, its importance can not be doubted. Optimizing our sleeping positions can help us maximize the beneficial aspects of a good night’s rest, as well as help us avoid physical discomfort.
